Groundwater Impact and Ingress Assessments

Basements, particularly in cities, are expanding in depth and therefore becoming much more susceptible to damp and water ingress. At the same, drainage and water authorities are restricting the permitted discharge of groundwater from basements based on the anticipated quality and quantity of water.

Our aim is to provide risk-based assessments based on the actual ground conditions, including the surface water and groundwater regime, soil permeability, contamination and flood risks.
